This quick and easy dressing is my favourite and always gets lots of complements when I serve it to guests. It is delicious on a salad of spring mix or spinach with strawberries, feta, red onions and toasted almonds. It is also and equally tasty served over veggies as a side dish. As the garlic is the only perishable ingredient, it also keeps well in the fridge for at least 2 weeks.

Ingredients
1/2 c nutritional yeast
1/3 c Tamari or Braggs Sauce
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c water
1 ½ c canola oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the blender and store in the fridge.
Yummy! Just made it now for a rice salad bowl. Delish
